Such a little haven to escape and train in. Hitting the gym does not feel like a chore here, it has great knowledgeable people, fab equipment, beautiful lush plants and is an inviting friendly space.

The Well Studios is a beautiful peaceful environment. Jen's pilates classes are awesome - it's a highlight of my week. Jen has a real gift of combining her excellent knowledge of pilates and the body with her beautiful hospitality and making sure everyone feels welcome and valued. Come check it out!

I absolutely love the group Pilates at The Well, Jen and her crew are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. After 4 months attending twice-weekly sessions my posture has improved significantly, I also have been impressed with my skiing and snowboarding this season - Im so much stronger and dont get fatigued muscles like last year. I love working out in the atrium space at the tannery, its a beautiful place to be. Thank you Jen, fan for life! Liz
