    Attending the Jumps for Bumps Mums and bubs classes was a highlight of my time during maternity leave. A great way to get back into exercise in a positive environment. Nory is super knowledgeable and supportive. Cannot recommend Jumps for Bumps highly enough.

    Been training online at Jumbs for Bumbs from the Netherlands for almost two years now. In these two years I gave birth to my daughter. The physical distance (NZ-NL) can't go any further, but Nory was always close by during this time: listening, chat, tips and fun. I train once a week and that really makes a big difference. I would definitely recommend her!

    Nory is a godsend for pregnancy and postpartum. Her massages were so welcome in pregnancy, a great way to relax, feel good and take some weight off. Her group training classes also provide the feel good factor of being active at a safe level for where you're at in your postpartum recovery and are baby friendly. Thank you Nory for helping me help myself!

    Nory is the best trainer and masseuse! I've been training with her twice a week for a year and a half (since my daughter was 6 months old) and she makes it so fun and creates different workouts every single time. She's so caring and attentive with my daughter, it makes it so easy for me to focus on training. Can't recommend highly enough!
