Absolutely terrible service. Had a house listing 1.5 hours away from where I live. On trademe they had listed the viewing time & date. Also emailed them 24 hours prior I drove 1.5 hours there to find out no one was even coming to allow me to veiw the property, Rang to complain & they said you have to click a link to veiw the property, I screen shot the fact those instructions were not on the trademe listing. They take no responsibility & should have to pay for my 3 hour travel Worst realistate company in NZ

BEWARE leaving your home under their hands. There was no care. My house key was IRRESPONSIBLY left in a box on the premise. It got stolen YET I was not informed until the house got burgled, and the police told me. BEWARE!!!

In my past life I have been a tenant and over the previous 6 years a landlord. I understand the need to respect the tenant as they are living in the Landlord's property but it is their home. Taia and Kerry did nothing but look after the security of my tenants home while always looking after my asset through clear advice on maintenance and repairs. I absolutely valued their ability of reviewing prospective tenants and then straight forward approach to the reality of investing to save. I have no hesitation of recommending them to others and should I win Powerball they will automatically become my agents for my portfolio of properties!
