        I have 3 spontaneously cracked tiles on the floor after a year in a new home (under the vanity so impossible to be impact damage). They wouldn't even come and look at it and just said, not our fault, something must have moved. Something moved?! The concrete slab of a new home moved?! Seems rather bizarre to me but they wouldn't respond to multiple further emails.
