Canterbury Property Reports saved me from making a costly mistake by revealing a leaky building which I had signed the sale and purchase agreement for. Their thorough moisture report was all the evidence I needed to reinforce concerns I already held and I backed out of the sale. I recommend Canterbury Property Reports to ANY first home buyer. They can potentially save you tens of thousands of dollars. Do not trust vendors or estate agents. Get your own independent reports.

We had a building inspection carried out by the CPR team on a house we were buying. The whole team right right from reception through to the field team we very professional and easy to deal with as well as being able to fit in the inspection at short notice due to needing a quick settlement. The report received was very comprehensive and provided good insight into all areas of the house with plenty of high quality photos. We will definitely be recommending the CPR team to others as well as using them again for any further inspection needs. Thanks CPR Team.
