        I required a lawyer to verify my identity and witness a signature for some documents for the UK. The receptionist at Kaiapoi Corcoran French Lawyers was very welcoming in her telephone manner and keen to be able to offer help. I phoned at 9am and the receptionist arranged an appointment at 11.30 the same day with Brett Kilbride. I was welcomed into the office and taken to a private room to chat to Brett who was friendly and extremely helpful. The documents were quite wordy and complex (to me, anyway, as a layperson) and probably not just the usual, straightforward ID verification. Brett spent time reading through the documents and explaining or clarifying parts of them. He spent over half an hour checking and completing the documents and there was no charge for this service. I would like to thank Brett as he was very professional, personable and thorough.
