Honestly one of the best stays Ive ever had - the hosts were so friendly and accomodating and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. Very engaging and interesting people and nothing was a problem. The free venison sandwiches were a particular highlight, with everything from their own produce which they catch / grow themselves - bloody awesome!!! Lovely rooms with plenty of space and right opposite the beach in such a rugged, awesome part of the world. 11/10

Had a great welcome when turned up unannounced when driving towards Picton. They provided a fantastic evening meal with mostly locally sourced food when we really needed it. Beautiful bedroom very clean and fantastic views. Great hosts very helpful,and nothing to much trouble to help sort out any problems for us and other guests staying at the same time. I believe there are new Owners here but what a fantastic experience had! Not only was everything spot on: cleanliness, comfort and amenities but we had such a warm a friendly welcome. The Store cafe was closed when we arrived so they sorted us out with dinner and we had a great chat with them about our trip and the local area. The location is just off the main road but quiet and beautiful and the scenery is just amazing in this area. We would love to come back again and spend more time and would absolutely recommend this as a very special place to stop over on the Costal Road
