        We did not feel well taken care of at Tekapo Auto & Hardware. The car mechanic spoke very bad English. We have an old car, and his solution to our stuttering engine was that our spark plugs are old. That recommendation costed two hours of our time and 100$ dollars. We then bought new spark plugs and got them installed by another mechanic. That did not improve our engine problems at all. So the spark plugs havent been our problem, but we still invested 250$ overall. Thanks for nothing. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

        Locked myself out of my car and had to run over to beg someone to break into it! Andrea was incredibly helpful, was able to help me straight away, locked up her shop and we were into the car within 15 mins. Very reasonable price and call out fee and we were able to carry on with our day with minimal fuss and delay. Thank you so much!
