Lincoln Eye

I hate finding an optometrist! I have a difficult prescription and I just want good advice rather than pushy sales - after trying a lot of places around town, I struck gold; Lincoln Eye have been amazing! They really know their stuff, and have taken time to explain and assist. They have provided unbiased advice, helped source specific frames, and even pushed the lens manufactures to make the thinnest lens they can for me. It's a level of service which is astounding! Importantly, when I had an issue with a lens, they went into bat for me and forced a replacement - while that's a pretty uncommon event it's amazing to know Lincoln Eye will support me as a customer even after the sale has been made. I simply can't recommend them enough! P.S. I notice the 1 start reviewer has only ever given 1 star reviews... so I wouldn't pay that review much attention! Trust the other 5 star ratings and give Lincoln Eye a call.

I had such trouble finding a frame that suited my face and aesthetic! Searched the major stores in vain for months. Upon a personal recommendation, went to see Lincoln Eye and over a couple of visits, they had patiently established what I liked and the size I needed and ordered in options from the rep - and I finally have a frame I am excited about! Also my first pair of progressives and I am well impressed, as despite the negative expectations I had, based on people's comments on how hard they are to get used to, I have had no such trouble. The glasses went on my face and have stayed there ever since, comfortable and effective, and I couldn't be happier.
