Delicious food at Mexicalli Lincoln this weekend. Good service and friendly staff. We were so full and satisfied. Thank you.

Unfortunately the wigram mexicali sets a high bar, burrito size is bigger and folded probably so its an even spread of filling. Here they are heavy on the beans n rice! Shy on the important parts, get that cheese in there, its mex! This time I got there and they hadnt noticed my online order and hadnt started making it, 20 minutes of my life wasted

The food is usually quite nice, but orders are always horrifically late, staff dont seem to care, and the customer service is pretty average - you kind of feel like your meal is an inconvenience to them, especially the older guy (manager?)

The food is alright, but the customer service needs to improve. One of the managers is super stingy about the little things and doesnt try to accommodate to paying customers. Not a good look, not going back to the location in Lincoln again.

Admitadly the food is great, but it is without fail late, and sometimes food is forgotten. And then the manager/staff are annoyed if you ask or mention the food is forgotten like it's your fault!
