Vanessa is just amazing. She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease and is very considerate about the pain factor she uses a numbing cream and always asks if your ok and if it hurts (it doesnt hurt). She chats away and makes the best job. Shes so enthusiastic about brows . And gets so excited when shes finished and I just love that. Shes a true eyebrow artist. Why pencil eyebrows in each day when you can get it done once and not worry about it. They absolutely make such a difference and really enhance your facial features. Thanks Vanessa! Firstly this is Dianne Smith not Shane Smith lol, not sure why his name has come up. I have been to Vanessa twice this year to have my eyebrows done and also my eyeliner done top and bottom. I found the whole proceedure very relaxing and had the upmost confidence in Venessa and the skill that she showed, it was obvious that she is passionate about her work. I actually come from Christchurch which displays my confidence in Vanessa and how pleased I am with the result and experience of my permanent brows and eyeliner.
