Was able to book relatively last minute and they were very nice. Only thing I was not thrilled about how small the enclosures were. My dog was in the outside kennels and I was very grateful to bring a soft, warm bed as they only supply a plain, small raised bed. All in all I'd go back but wouldn't leave him there more than a few days.

Unprofessional unacceptable service. We were harassed by owner to both drop off and pick up dogs at exacting time slots to suit her own agenda despite arranging to drop/pick up within already narrow pm business hour slots. When I phoned to advise we couldnt meet her unilaterally decided pick up time she hung up the phone and wouldnt answer. Later she sent a txt advising she would leave our two small indoor dogs in a pen outside for collection in freezing conditions. Worried for the welfare of our dogs we had to change flights to get home early to collect. Ruined our trip. Would never ever use or recommend this boarding kennel quite frankly I dont think the owners state of mental health is up to running a business or this type.
