Paid for Freight to get 5 plants delivered before Xmas as a xmas present,we had to wait 4weeks after we paid till they turned up, when they did get to us they were in in very poor condition 2 have since died, emailed company numerous times now without a response. If you want you plants to arrive and in good condition use a different firm please.

I cannot rate the team at Headford Propagators Freight highly enough. From start to finish the communication and level of service I received was way beyond what I would expect from any mainstream freight operator. I had the tricky challenge of transporting a complete 4WD SUV chassis from the North Island down to Christchurch. They did it for a fraction of the cost I was quoted elsewhere. I was recommended them by the people I bought it from. The bumpers could not be removed which increased the quoted width a little. For this they did not charge any extra. When it came to delivery day, I was not well organised at all. The driver came up with a solution, employed some common sense and imagination, and was more than helpful. We successfully manoeuvred the frame off the truck with relative ease. I would like to say a big thank you to Georgia and many thanks to the driver Jason who was professional and a pleasure to work with. Five Star experience.
