Great location and a good walking area for dogs.

Easy. Had a dreamy relaxing afternoon just strolling along the hillsides and enjoying the views.

Loved going camping there and going back would recommend if u want to go camping and not be far away from chch this is the place

Good to be away from the hustle bustle of the city. Good view all around the Summit Road. Drive with care if you are not familiar. Don't be pressured by other cars.

Last few sections are a lot of fun. However section from Christchurch to start of the trail is poorly done and not interesting. Would highly recommend skipping the first ... more
