        Don't buy the Visico LED-20A video light. I bought two of them last year from Phototools and one failed after only 20 hours use. I asked Phototools to diagnose the problem and help me fix it, but they advised that they do not have the ability to service it themselves and, as it was out of the 12 month warranty period, they would not get it fixed or replace at no charge. This is a breach of the CGA as the product is clearly not fit for purpose, but they would not budge on this. I recommend shopping elsewhere. Yes, their prices may be good but you may well be stuck if the products fail.
