Quail eggs arrived safe and well packaged. Communication was great. Delivery to North Island was overnight which was awesome. Thanks so much! Today we test cooked a dozen of the eggs for timing... they cooked lovely - medium boiled exactly 3mins. I will present the rest in Canaps for a wedding I'm catering. I will post photos in an update of the finishing product.

The bonesless roast was very disappointing, stuffing was bland but the main issue was the layer of processed brown at the bottom. I hoped it was brown meat as that is my favourite part but it was more like a sponge of brown. We tried to make the most of it but this will be the only leftovers this Christmas that get binned.

What a disappointment to do business with this company this year! They've demanded a 50% deposit on all orders for December, in August already, but do not mind if orders aren't delivered in time. NO effort is being done from this company's side to even try and assist customers, if they didn't received their order. Didn't have these issues the previous years and as a long time customer this is such a huge disappointment.

Placed an order to try to get it before a specific time. One week after placing the order I contact them and they tell me they have not processed my order. Very disappointing service. Won't order from again
