I ordered slats to make our slat sofa stronger (shorter than bed slats, but I cut them to size). Delivery from Christchurch to Napier was very prompt, and when I wanted more slats and made a second order, communication was excellent. They were initially one short of the number in my second order, and they phoned to check if I was willing to wait a few days while they ordered more, or if not, they could send me one less, but pre-cut the ones they had to the shorter size for me. A good business to deal with.

My bed was too high so I ordered some lower legs and headboard bolts from this website. This was my first ever ordering and paying online experience so I was a little hesitant but it was really easy! I got a phone call though as I had made a mistake but the knowledgeable man knew exactly what I needed. They arrived the next day which surprised me. Thank you once again for the excellent service.
