I was cautious about buying sight unseen and having the vehicle shipped up to the North Island. However George and the team did a great job, clear and quick with replying to my questions and helpful in sorting out the freight. when the vehicle arrived it was as advertised and has been great. When a second key and remote start was found inadvertently left at their car groomers they acknowledged the mistake and couriered them up to me. In my research I read reviews on several dealerships and Hopman Motor Group stood out as having happy customers so thought I'd help build the chorus of voices singing their praises.

Steve and his colleagues took pity on my situation. I had already preordered a 12 seater van from them, which was still a few weeks away from landing. Then an enormous Nor West wind versus garage roof versus my red Mitsi versus no bus service from Oxford area. Not a problem for Hopmans, who quickly offered up a courtesy hybrid Aqua for my use until the van arrived. Also appreciated the no pressure to buy approach. After sales they are also approachable with any queries regarding COFs, etc.
