Subway Parklands is my local store. I always get good service. Tonight, I ordered on the app for pickup. When I arrived, I could see the 3 staff on duty were very busy with both online and in-store orders. My order wasnt quite ready but the staff member who acknowledged me on entry explained it was being worked on and apologised for any delay. I have worked in customer service and just wanted to say how impressed I was with the teamwork I saw and how polite the staff were - even while under pressure. Good work!
