Burwood Hospital

My review is solely bout the hair salon which is housed in the main building. I had hoped to give 5 star reviews but unfortunatly that wasn't to be. My friend sked for a brown colour put thru, the 2nd was my own colour results. My friend asked for brown but got black. My colour was asked to be foils across the top which once job finished was a disappointment as there appeared to be no colour change. Lovely afternoon away from the bed for mum but the results a failure

Burwood Hospital is Not a 24hour It open and Close to the Public At 8am - 7pm Services and Visitor between this Time as a safety to Burwood Hospital and Holiday and Weekend same services are closed or open Few times. Please Ring Burwood Hospital for Updates or Website or Facebook and ER service is Christchurch Hospital and 24HRS; etc.......

Fantastic modern building, well laid out with a large cafe on the bottom floor, food is great, good selection. Coffee is also good. Excellent accessibility with a large number of disabled parks close to the entrance. Parks are well sized with plenty of room for disability equipment to be loaded in and out. Follow the signage and the carpark layout is easy enough.

February 2023 current inpatient. I have very specific dietary needs. FODMAP lactose intolerant, sensitive to gluten etc I think the kitchen staff are limbo dancers. They have bent over backwards to help me eat well and to follow the dietitian's advice. I cannot thank them enough for the effort they have put into keeping me healthy. Real cheese would be nice though!!!!. Thanks to their care in meal planning I should be able to go home next week But, I will miss the meatballs, roast beef and cheesecake. I hope they realise how wonderful they are. THANK YOU from Cas
