I was calling because I had possibly broken my nose and my usual doctor is all the way in Belfast and I needed a close doctor and the woman on the phone was really rude and said "you aren't enrolled with us" I told her that I know but I don't want to go all the way to belfast because I am in pain a d she just repeated herself then hung up on me! Disrespectful person.

I have been a patient for 15 years at Travis medical, and the staff are amazing. Dr's and nurses are all professional and have the patients best interests at heart.

Dr Pilbrow has been my GP since I was at least 9, for over 13 years now. He is amazing at what he does and I feel lucky to have a GP that actually cares and listens. Hes also very lgbtqia+ (specifically trans) friendly which eased a lot of worries for me and made starting my transition a lot easier. Nurse Nicky Scott is also amazing, caring and kind, makes it easy to trust her with injections I usually have a bit of anxiety around. 10/10

This practice provides the kind of great medical care by people who enjoy their work and patients. The ethic seems to be " doing the right thing " Well done to all at Travis MEDICAL Centre.

Not dealing with Sue price again as I no what a chest infection is and what it's like and she told me sorry can't do anything for you and then charger a large price for a phone consultation I mean come on at least make the consultation price half instead of having to get me in so you can charge me more not impressed at all where our health care this is ridiculous I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone if they asked me what my opinion is gp is great but not her
