        Have to say was gutted that after paying $80 odd to courier a photo album to Brisbane for my son's 30th (done early Tuesday morning) paid the extra for 5 day delivery, only to get a call today, Friday, to say parcel held up because of insufficient paperwork?? Is that not your job, I asked at the time was everything filled out and ok, yes all good. My parcel now, thanks to incompetence, have no idea when it will get to its destination. Oh and NZ Post cheers. ..
