        Called into the shop on Thursday after some 16 years since my last visit. There were some faces missing as time has passed - the shop is still the same almost nothing has changed. Still wonderful service not found in the big smoke!! Had an order to fill to take back to Auckland for family, beef and pork sausages and a package of their delicious ham. Sadly I didn't buy enough as it has all gone . So, next time I'm in Christchurch I will be heading back to Oxford with more orders!! Am annoyed with myself for not getting any of their bacon- truly the best!! Fantastic store and amazing service and meat - highly recommended Thanks team Cathy

        Had a cow processed. Original impression? Not processed according to instructions. 2nd impression? showed signs of discoloring and tasting a bit metallic. Shane's advice was to 'wash it'. Still only fit for dog tucker, cats even turned their noses up.
