        this is a great place to hire out if you have no respect for the rules. you can kick your ball over the fence despite being private property and risk breaking windows and damaging cars !!!your kids can hangover the fence and wind up the neighbours and the large pack of guard dogs that are on duty. so you can happily put your kids at risk by letting them attempt to jump the 6ft private fence to retrieve the balls that are clearly stated on the rules that your not allowed. the committee does not care about signage or enforcing the rules you sign ! neither do they care about protecting your children or respecting neighbours privacy and potential damage to neighbouring properties. so if this is your kind of place then hire away
