Extremely disappointed and really angry with the after sales service I didn't receive at this business. Seems they are happy to provide service to secure a sale but forget the meaning of the word as soon as they have your cash. Integrity is another term they aren't familiar with so don't buy anything you haven't had checked by a mechanic. Don't be fooled by the warranty they 'include' because it's not worth the paper it's printed on. When you spend over 4k on a car, you expect it to last longer than 6 months or at the very least for any issues to be covered under warranty. Before my car stopped dead on the freeway and never started again, I had taken it to a mechanic on 3 other occasions and not one of the repairs was covered. My experience was basically.... Pay Oxford Motors $4200 2 months later pay mechanic $800 3 months later pay mechanic $250 2 weeks later pay mechanic $100 2 weeks later accept $800 from a wreckers for my car. I definitely do not recommend Oxford Motors. They are a perfect example of why the used car industry has such a bad name.
