        Shop was tidy with a reasonable product range at a good pricing. At the time I visited the two staff were not very friendly and seemed to lack product knowledge or enthusiasm.

        Pls be aware that this store has a no refund policy even if the item is un opened.I mistakenly bought cartridges that didn't fit the current handle i had.The shop assistant told me if the cartridges didn't fit just return them.But he didn't tell me i couldn't get a refund. They offered a similar product that didn't fit and more expensive $7.00more

        Wow what a great guy was in a hurry to get a shaver my father only has a few weeks of life left after finding out 3 month s ago he has bad bowl cancer he decided a 5 pm he needed a shaver as he has someone coming to see him tomorrow.so I went to the riccarton store only to find out they did not have the one I wanted then was told northland's had some so I rung the guy at northland's shaving shop told him I really needed it for father and that I might not make it in time he said no worry's he would wait.i got to store and he was waiting and also gave me some discount!!!! You made my day thanks so much
