My wife and I recently bought a campervan to explore New Zealand. Unfortunately we didn't pass the WoF, the reason was three rust spots in critical areas. Luckily Dean came to our attention, he was kind enough to help us right after the weekend and get our car back in shape. Not only did he perfectly fix the areas of concern, he even took care of a rust hole in the tailgate, which wasn't a critical part and which I was going to fix myself at some point in the future. That certainly saved me a lot of frustration. In the end, the repair was even cheaper than he had estimated and we were so happy to be able to continue our trip. We are glad that Dean realized that we are travelers without a big wallet and didn't try to profit from our situation. As if all that wasn't enough, he even gave me a quick crash course on how to paint the other problem spots on the car myself. The previous owners unfortunately somewhat bumblingly painted over minor rust spots with the wrong shade without taping, which I plan to touch up during our stay. Long story short, we are more than satisfied with Dean's work and it showed once again that the New Zealanders have their good reputation not by chance!
