Terrible service the lady was rude and not friendly. When I got there I asked what the price was for waxing threading and tint and she said $16.90. She did a terrible job on my eyebrows and then charged me $30, when I questioned her about the price and how she said it was going to be $16.90 she said that she said $30 I said no you did not say that and my friend also was there to witness and said she said $16.90. The lady then got very rude very quickly I ended up paying but was a very rude and terrible service do not recommend. Service: Eyebrow threading

I'm a regular at Dash, (now, a was) but this happened last week Sunday when I went in for a waxing service. I was first to wait in line, then two groups followed. The staff who came out from behind completely ignored my presence - first of all, she ONLY asked the lady second in line if she had filled out the form, then she went on to attend the third customer. When she came back, again, did not ask at all 'who was next' like everyone usually does, did not even look at me, she instead, asked the lady second in line to go inside with her. Then I said, do you not ask who was here first? She came up with a rubbish excuse and it was clear she knew she was at wrong. She then asked me to follow her into the room, and while she was setting up, I could sense an annoyed attitude from her, I was not comfortable or willing to pay for this kind of service, so I left. I want to know what was the reason behind her behaviour? Did not have a name for this person, but I was there Sunday 12th March, after 4pm. I went over to Elegant Beauty & Brows a few stores down, they were pleasant, patient and provided great service!
