I have recently completed my 3 stages of dental implant to replace an old missing tooth. Each and every step was well explained and thoroughly carried out. So worth it! Right from the receptionist to the hygienist to the nurses and of course Dr Keith, each and everyone of them were so professional yet so caring in a personal way. I recently had two wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Keith Chiang & his team. I found both the team & Dr. Chiang excellent, his communication on the initial consultation & on the day of the surgery were top notch. So much so I did not require pain relief after the extraction. I can not recommend this practice highly enough. I was also pleasantly surprised at the size of the account.

I was referred to Dr Keith Chang and his team at Fendalton Dental for a tooth extraction. The staff have been so kind and patient, always communicating well. Dr Keith explained the procedure to me at our first consultation and on the day I felt very much at ease even though I had some anxiety about the extraction. It was actually a smooth and easy process. I was followed up the day after extraction with a phone call and then one week post surgery I had an x-ray and check. I've been grateful for the team's professionalism, kindness and patience explaining the extraction and implant process leaving me feeling respected and that this team really care for their patients! I could not recommend Dr Keith Chiang more. I've never had a medical professional be so thorough in explaining a procedure as well as being so calming, I'm so grateful to have had such a wonderful experience with him and the nurses along side him
