We highly recommend this company. We had our cheapo slow, noisy and eventually seized-up motor replaced a few weeks ago with a super quiet and super fast Dominator model (the door shuts in half the time). The technician was right on time and installed the motor really fast. He also took the care to check over our actual garage door to ensure there would be no operating issues. We were just really impressed by his great service! The office staff were also really easy to deal with!! 5 stars!!

We were simply delighted with Dominator's commitment to their after sales service and customer care. We had a small issue with our roller door and Dominator made it really easy to reach out and schedule support. The technician was super helpful and friendly. Where Dominator really shone though, was with their customer service. They went above and beyond to see us right, sourcing some hard to find parts, communicating really well and displaying the very best of professional service. Everyone we spoke to was so courteous and keen to help. It's easy to see why they have such a strong reputation for customer service in the market - we couldn't recommend Dominator highly enough - Jon and Jackie
