I would like to ask Katherine why would she want to go to any effort and own such a beautiful store if you dont want anyone to buy anything by being so flipping rude. I have been into your store 4 times now- purchased every time but four times I have left, and every time I have walked out thinking how rude would you have to be before I wont come back. Well I think you got there today-You know Katherine I can get all your stock from someone else - whose is pleasant and wants my money and business

I feel so upset by my trip to French Blue. The owner was so rude on my entry that I had to leave before even looking at any of the things in the store. A shame as while I like nice things, being treated like a leper is awful. I still feel upset about her attitude of contempt.
