Lovely staff but very disapointed with the haircut. Ask for one of the ladies cutting hair if you book because I (a female with very long thick hair) was paired with one of the men there used to doing men's cuts and honestly seemed like a friend they got in to help cover a shift with no experience. He hacked at my hair to the point where it was so uneven one of the ladies had to take over the rest of the appointment once he got to blow drying it. I was shocked the Male at the counter paired me with him when he clearly had very low skill!! The other ladies looked like they did a great job with their clients, I was just very unlucky and would recommend asking for one of them if you are a female with long hair like myself. I've had to book in somewhere else to get it fixed. Service: Hairstyling

Customer Service is worst, in the beginning I was told $140 altogether and later on , I requested them for after payment and they charged for the first instalment and I paid it, next day they started calling me again and again that I have to pay 180$ altogether, they started threatening me , this is not acceptable , A guy named Sandeep is keep messaging me and calling me Excuse me ??? Ofcourse not I have used afterpay before as well and your staff needs to be trained for accepting payments, sandeeps wife said $140 one day next day another staff said $180 and they talked and agreed at 140$ , she even told me not to buy grab one voucher and pay here only so you havent accepted any of my vouchers , you have only agreed to get 140$ which was told me before giving service to me. Such an unprofessional team this is , threatening me for tresspass and all , you need to have a proof for that and everyone can clearly see into cameras that I did wait there to pay so it was your staff mistake not mine. The thing is you dont want to agree onto your staff mistake and keep on calling and messaging Ofcourse I have to block you as I am not free to reply and take your calls , I am a busy person with lots to do . I went in yesterday with intentions to get my hair permanently straightened. They told me that I should probably get it keratin straightened which was fine until I was told near the end of the treatment its a temporary thing not permanent. Which I would not have gone through with if I knew from the start. I did not know this as I dont work in this field and have never had this done before. I was passed around from hairdressers which made me feel like they were rushing with me and prioritised other customers. Then they let the man who cleaned the floors wash my hair. He would ask me questions really close to my face and made me super uncomfortable. He asked me questions like where I live in Christchurch and stared at me for the 2 hours they were doing my hair. I almost ran out I was so uncomfortable. I have never had a worse experience and after all of that I had to pay $300 for a treatment that costs $180. Services: Hair straightening, Keratin treatments
