        Had an issue with my shoes and they quickly offered to resolve it. Ended up getting a different pair of shoes.

        Excellent shop assistant; she was attentive and helpful. She recommended the shoes she was wearing, which keeps dry and grips in the wet, which helped me feel like I was making the right decision - I usually buy New Balance, but this time copied her and bought Skechers. I usually buy black shoes, but thought the white looked nice & fresh.
