        Second time Ive been in this shop and there is no staff to be seen. Are they just hiding out the back all day?

        went in today needing a pair of boots, i used to work here and am aware the boots are not on display over the summer but there was always stock out the back to sell. told the girl i was after some boots, she offered me no assistance just bluntly told me these were winter stock. Was also never greeted when I came into the store, not even a smile.

        This store is the worst with customer service. As much as I like shopping on the website, the northlands store is awful. The sales people just stand there doing nothing. Not helpful at all. Dont greet you, dont give you other options. If you want something you have to go running behind them. They never approach you. Its like they are forced to be there.
