Would recommend the guys in the bike department, my son's bike needed a new chain and tyre replacement, James took time to explain things, showed us the options best suited for son's bike with a good range of prices. Aidan fixed a puncture in the tyre on a separate occasion and was very good with my son James and Aidan were both very professional, knowledgeable, offered quick service and very good at what they do.

Very poor service today at Northlink. Not interested in selling us a bike at all by the 4 ladies behind the counter who were more interested in chatting, then said call back and maybe the size we are after would be assembled. Evo cycles had service was and they got the sale

Bought a poorly assembled road bike from the Tower Junction store who were completely unwilling to help, so I called this branch out of desperation. They were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. They naturally seemed rather embarrassed about the service from their sister-store and while it was not their problem to solve, the guys in the bike shop treated me like a VIP and did not let me leave until I was totally happy. My new bike is now a finely tuned machine and I will be trusting them with its upkeep and buying all of my gear from them loyally.
