Got completely ignored at this shop, it was mum and myself that came into the shop, there were three ladies there talking amongst themselves, I literally walked past one of them and got completely ignored, after a short time one lady at the counter asked me if I was ok, I then said to her yes Im ok, and thanks for saying hello, all these ladies would have heard me, shortly after hearing me I heard them laughing, not sure if that was aimed at me or what, but very disgusted with their behaviour, there were some nice dresses that mum was interested in, due to the rude behaviour came out rather disappointed, this was on Tuesday 27th December around midday. 3 ladies and not one of them acknowledged us. I was planning on going back into the shop and saying a few more things but mum had to stop me. Seriously they need to have some training in customer service.

I receive a nice welcome when I entered & was asked if I was ok browsing, as staff member was busy. I just felt after a bit that they didn't really care that I was there

The customer service I had from Leanne today was outstanding! She turned the shop upside down for me. I tried on almost everything in the shop & nothing was a problem. She gave honest advice, was so friendly & helpful. Leanne you are an asset to that store & more like you are needed in this retail environment. Thank you so much.

I love this shop but the bonus is the customer service! The staff member I have dealt with on a few occasions now has been amazing! So helpful and I never feel judged for my size. If there was a customer service thing on there website to leave feedback I totally would.
