You must always ensure what massage you are having,l; I had booked one hour aroma+ hot stone massage. At the beginning, l I reminded my therapist that I havent chosen my aroma oil, she said its still the warm up period not sure if she understood what I was trying to say? I was receiving firm , extra firm massage on bony prominences, despite of me reminding that I want firm but only where bulky muscles are! not on my bones!!! I myself have been a therapist in past, for like 5 years. I strongly recommend not to go here coz u wont be heard. At the end I politely said I had booked for aroma and hot stone massage, she politely said I could always book in again and phone call to ensure they have received the right information in their system. Despite my email confirmation clearly said aroma and hot stone!!! I wont be going back here , as simple as that!
