The International Antarctic Centre is a fascinating place to visit and to do it justice you need to stay at least 3 hours. There is a great deal to see and do and lots to learn. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and appreciated talking to guides and the man with the huskies. Watching the little penguins swim in their enclosure was a delight. We consider this to be a highly significant educational organisation for both children and adults and hopefully their message about the significance of Antarctica and the need for protection and conservation is widely spread.
