Scott and his team completed some renovations at our place earlier this year. We were very impressed with the service and communication throughout the whole process. Nothing is ever an issue for Chalfont and the attention to detail is second to none. Scott and his team are highly efficient and we cannot recommend Chalfont Construction enough. We look forward to using them again in the future for any other renovations / projects.

Scott & Mirjam have helped me with 5 projects so far, 2 new builds and 3 renovation projects, 1 of which was brought up to spec for me to hold as a long term rental. When dealing with Chalfont you are dealing with salt of the earth people who are true professionals and treat every project as their own. Having worked with a number in the building industry, the main reason Chalfont is my preferred choice is because I know Scott personally checks every detail of every project he's involved with and he takes no shortcuts to achieve the desired result. He doesn't have a large team and doesn't take on too much as it's evident he wants to control the quality of his work with an eye for detail and workmanship. Scott could build or renovate according to what is planned on paper but time and time again I am positively surprised by his ability adjust to changes either at my request or by his recommendation as to what would ultimately result in a better end product. I have every confidence in Chalfont to continue creating success from my projects and would highly recommend to anybody involved in a renovation or new build.
