I spent a long time at nova after a stint in the traumatizing oddessy house. I learned so much about myself and was given the tools I needed to continue my life's journey. I owe nova a lot and wouldn't hesitate to return if the needs arose. Thanks to the Tam at nova I live a balanced life

Amazing, welcoming and professional staff! Nova has given me a new lease on life. I appreciate all the efforts of the staff, they all went above and beyond to help me through my recovery!

Have a family member there, 3 weeks until completion. Absolutely appalling, not rehab at all. Rude, uneducated staff. The literature they give you is not true. Not an intensive program at all, no intensive counseling. Very very dissatisfied.

My friend who had a alcohol issue spent about 6 months at Nova Trust and he was a changed man - he really improved with his treatment and being involved with some meaningful work . Highly recommend .

My partner, Justine entered Nova Lodge in July 2016 and left in February 2017. She was an alcoholic, the 8 months she spent there was the longest period of sobriety Justine had experienced for years. Sadly the treatment was a failure, she was severely inebriated the day she left which is how I found her when I returned home from work. She died a few months later on 6th May 2017 at age 45, causes were alcohol related. This is where my life caved in. Justine was supposed to return to the Lodge if she continued to drink, despite my communication with Justine's support workers the system failed to respond in time. I reported the failure days after she left the lodge and this is where she was supposed to have been returned with the aide of a court acquired Section 8 under the drug and alcohol addiction act. However by the time I managed to get any action Justine passed away 2 weeks before she was scheduled to return to the lodge. If the system had responded when it was supposed to, Justine would not have died.
