        We first contacted Jordan for a pre-purchase electrical inspection. We had reason to believe some work had been completed that was un-consented. Jordan gave us a thorough report which we were able to use to negotiate with before going unconditional. Jordan provided very competitive quotes to remediate and we decided to go ahead and get him to fix everything. He was flexible, highly responsive and always on time. The work was signed off by a third party inspector and we feel relieved knowing the place we have bought is now safe. I think Jordan went above and beyond to help us. When asked, he was more than happy to offer advice outside the scope of work he was engaged to fix. We can't recommend Jordan enough. We will definitely be using his services in the future when we need more electrical work done. Services: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading, Electrical inspections, Electrical outlet & switch relocation, Ground wire installation, Electrical wiring repair, Fan installation
