My partner purchased some sanding discs a week ago which she used and only told me today that the discs kept flying off the orbital sander after not much use. The discs still had a lot of life left in them. I called the shop and explained the situation to Andy, the manager. He said to call into the store sometime and he would work something out. I went into the shop straight away and met Andy and we compared the used discs to new ones. They didnt have stock to replace like for like so he very kindly said he would give me a full refund. I wasnt expecting that. But great customer service. Thank you. Will definitely be back. Good job, keep it up.

As always, the customer service at supercheap auto is excellent. Jordan went above and beyond to solve an issue with my solar panel while traveling. Highly recommend shopping here, since you can always count on their support with their store products. Thanks again for your help! :)
