In response to the review by Kelly - yes, agreed, we did take too long to refund $700 for a door that was cancelled. There are two sides to all stories and all we can say is that we are generally proud of our processes given the high volume of sheds we process. We rely on swift and accurate information in order to progress, otherwise projects stall. However, we are always wanting to improve as well and agree we could have progressed Kelly's shed quicker. Over the last 19 years we have thousands of clients who have GreenWood sheds, and several of our staff as well.

Really poor service. Been waiting 6 months for the shed to turn up and they have no clue where it is. I was told that its not there fault, so I'd only recommend these guys as a last resort. Recently read that someone else had a problem with a refund - we had the same issue. Damaged doors had to be replaced and greenwood are refusing to pay the builder for the replacement job. Come on - step up and own your issues. Avoid these guys - dont say I didnt tell you so.

There is a big list of reasons why I don't recommend this company. But I'll start with the most recent one: We are still waiting for a refund for a door that had to be returned as it didn't match our plan at all. It's been months and I'm tired of chasing them. I normally don't write negative reviews but enough is enough! Communication seems to be their biggest issue. We didn't get to deal with one person but rather a list of people - it changes for each step of the process. So confusing and over complicated! The main office phones were almost never answered and mobile numbers are rarely provided. The plans need a thorough check as they contradict themselves in more than one place, which our experienced shed builder was gobsmacked by. We have built several sheds but this has been by far our worst experience. We won't use this company again and don't recommend them. In the end we have a nice shed, but that is down to a builder who worked around the chaos and took pride in his finished product. He also doesn't want to work with Greenwood again due to the frustration. Interesting to note that several of their 5 star reviews on Google come from their own employees and even the owner! We wouldn't have known this prior to working with them, but now I recognise the names! Do yourself a favour and choose a company with proper systems in place and that looks after its customers.
