Serena is an absolute star! Not only is she so friendly and welcoming, but she definitely knows her stuff and everytime I walk out after a session with her I feel much better than when I first walked in. She's been my chiropractor for just over a year, but through the process, she's also become a dear friend as well. Highly recommend!

I have now been going to Serena at Proactive Chiropractic Care for 4 weeks after an injury to my arm which left me with little movement. Serena worked with getting my whole body aligned not just focusing on the injured area. After 2-3 sessions I gained the majority of movement back and am amzed at how quickly my body has healed. Serena is a total professional who is caring and listens to her clients, I would thoroughly recommend her. The environment is relaxed and calming, my body is healing which is aiding better sleep and wellness .

The dream experience! I had enquired to visit Proactive Chiropractic through the website having struggled to get into town to visit a chiropractor. I'd had only been to one prior about three times and had only resorted to chiropractic care as I had developed "a click" that just wouldn't budge, in my thoracic vertebrae. My prior chiropractor hadn't really got the "click" on the last two visits and living in Rolleston, Proactive seemed like a good option. I received prompt email contact, followed by a request to complete a pre-treatment form (this works for me as when going to appointments I don't typically allocate the time to fill out). Upon arrival and throughout my treatment thus far, I have enjoyed the best experience of treatment. Not only did Matt and the team do tests / and scan they have treated me with exceptional customer service. I was genuinely hoping to just get a click where I needed it most, and then use them again for when it came back. Instead, I got a treatment plan, and being open minded, and reassured with the way Matt and the team conducted themselves - thought why not give it a go. After six weeks, I have enjoyed an incredible experience and results. Never have I not been greeted by my name by Shayna or Lauren (apologies for calling you Laura a couple of times!), and Matt always endures my self-analysis of how my body is feeling, as well as my thirst for knowledge and understanding of the process and treatment. Not only have I got the corrections I needed each time, but my body feels better, healthier, stronger, and I feel a shift in my own mindset; I now feel more physically capable and in tune with my bodies systems. If I can say anything, its if you have a slither of doubt about visiting a chiropractor, or wonder if you could be getting better results, or have aches along your spine or neck, don't put it off and struggle for 6months like I did, give Proactive Chiropractic an opportunity to improve your life.
