The Worst Experience at GLASSONS ! I am a retail manager and if any off my staff were standing behind the counter like they do they wouldn't have a job. We walked in No one said hello at all. All 4 of them were talking around the counter. We wanted to find a item but they were so unapproachable and talking about there personal business loudly on the floor we didn't even try. I've never experienced anything like it i was blown away.

Glassons at Dress Mart is Amazing the manager there helped me and made me so comfortable she was just amazing no wonder she is a manager I loved my experience there I exchanged some stuff and she helped me in everyway posible to that girl I just want to say thank you, you made my day

Really sad about my experience in this Glassons, had at least 4 staff standing around doing absolutely nothing and not talking to my friends and I when we came in. I accidentally dropped a pile of sweaters looking for my size and got no help, I was so embarrassed and wanted to put everything I was going to buy back. Im sure at least one person witnessed, I tried to say hey to one of the staff to apologise and ask for help but she just scowled at me. When I did end up making a purchase the manager was really nice but not a single other person talked to me the entire time, bit slack when theres more staff than customers in the store.
