When we recently hired Heritage House Relevellers (Lindsay and Marshall) to complete a house relevel, I felt compelled to rate them because they performed an excellent job at a reasonable cost. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and they are always available to answer my questions throughout the process. Excellent and highly recommended if anyone want to level your house. I worked with Marshall who was very kind and understanding of my unique situation. I needed to lift and re-level my shipping container-sized tiny house which was positioned between a shed and a deck (both fixed). The house is on a trailer and I needed to get it off it's wheels which is already a mission, but he had to also move one side while holding the other side steady so it would be level with my deck in height and with a consistent gap across the front. Long story short, Marshall is very clever and within the 5 hour visit, he found a solution using steel rollers and quite a few jacks and strops. He was prepared with heaps of equipment for several options to try on the day we met. I just provided him with a video of my issue. Communication was fantastic and price was very fair as a result of his clever engineering mind. Very professional and could not recommend enough! Thanks Marshall for your help. Everyone else told me to hire a Hiab crane which would have been completely overkill. You were fair and spent time understanding my situation before blowing me off to the Hiab hire guys like everyone else! Thanks heaps!

Heritage homes helped with the relevelling of my childhood home, that was built in the late 1800's as one of the Classic Homes of Canterbury. They did an outstanding job - even with covid making things all the more difficult. My parents could not be more happy with the result. If they can pull of such an amazing job on a house of this size and age, they are the right guys for anyone.
