Very rude..unpleasant .tone of voice when talking to customer. Long hair asian guy. May be this shop should not be there..if they are stressed with customers. Never smile always grumpy. I wasnt aware about payment as was shown accepted on eftpost machine as i used paywave. They said it was from previous customer. He said "you havent paid" .he could explained that to me with respect. No wonder north island had so many ram raids towards dairy.worst dairy shop i have ever been for the last 26 years. Treat others like the way you want to be treated. Thats all i can say. Im so proud i have professional job and not being unprofessional like this guy. Remember...you cant function or have business without customers.

Helpful, friendly staff. Superb Range of staple foods, necessities, stationary, lollies, drinks, Including Asian speciality goods, spices, hot pot ingredients, drinks, noodles. Fried chicken outlet is Superb! I cannot stress how good it is, I've only had equal at expensive restaurants if that. Post service works well. Compared to other "standard typical nz dairies" that I'm used to this place is a well stocked treasure to have in Faringdon! 6/22
