Not bad, fairly well stocked outfit. The young lad however could have had a better attitude.

I would highly discourage anyone dealing with this ITM branch. They are operating an incredibly unsafe work place, with reckless forklift operators operating in the front public car park. During my last visit one of their drivers collided full speed with the side of my ute, leaving it badly damaged. The same driver came close to hitting us while walking across the car park, and attempted to back into us as we were leaving. Despite clearly being in the wrong and the store manager apologizing profusely at the time (the driver stormed off in a huff and refused to apologize), and advising they would be sending their driver on forklift training, they subsequently denied all responsibility for the incident and have left me without a vehicle and significantly out of pocket. There are far better outlets within 15 minutes of this one (ITM Darfield, Placemakers & Mitre10 in Hornby). Don't risk damage to your belongings or potentially your life. Go somewhere else. I will never shop here again, and will encourage everyone else I meet to steer well clear as well!
