        Always allow an extra 20 mins. Never on time regardless of the time of appointment. I've had the first one of the day, 10 mins late. Nurses appointment for 9:50 am, it's now 10:17am. Thankfully the medical care is much better than their scheduling.

        Disappointing service from the receptionist. Dr. can be hit or miss. Would highly recommend Lincoln or Christchurch city for some genuine people.
