Always have a lovely experience with my GP here. Listens to my concerns and we work through the best options! Always friendly and willing to help. Only reason I wont give it 5 stars is because receptionist is rude at times. Understand your job is full on as it is a very busy place, but theres no need to be rude for no reason!

I have never ever seen a very unprofessional and rude receptionist in my entire life. I was not well and i did not know that i need to book an appointment through online. I was asking about the process and if i can book an appointment with her or only online? But, she did not even look at me, doing her own stuff and said No its late now? Late for what????

NO NO NO stars. I would avoid this place at all costs. Worst medical centre. Rude staff reception and nurses. Dr didn't listen. Don't leave a message they never call back. Best thing I did was walk out the door

Terrible doctors practice. Do not recommend. Had far to many negative experiences here. Unorganised, terrible communication, rude and unfriendly receptionists. They really stuffed me around and did not seem to have any care or understanding for my request, which was a very simple one ( A hep A vaccine required for my job) Went through far to many channels to try to get this done and after a month still no result! Turns out it was never ordered, leaving me with very little time to sort out, ended up going else where and no issues whatsoever! Extremely disappointing and if there was going to to be such an issue with my request then this could of been communicated from the start instead of me having to call them nearly every couple of days to follow up. Some of the nurses I spoke to were extremely rude and unhelpful also. A lot of training needed for all partys.

The most unprofessional medical center I have ever been in my entire life. Some of the receptionists are so unprofessional that I wrote a complain. Unfortunately, nobody gave me a chance to talk to somebody there to resolve the problem and they issued me a formal warning instead. I let a receptionist know in a calm manner that she would be rude, but she got angry instead and refused to give me her name or let me talk to the manager. There are so many people here complaining how incompetent and rude some receptionists are, but they are issuing warnings instead when somebody complains. People of Rolleston, please go somewhere else. These people have know idea how to treat people. I would give them 0 stars if I could
